The soft PU moulded seat of our mesh chairs is covered for 3 years for durability and shape retention, even with daily use.

Chair lift cylinder
All revolving chairs
The heavy-duty chair lift cylinder (gas lift) is covered for 2 years for smooth, reliable height adjustment.

Mechanism, metal base & wheels
All revolving chairs
The tilt mechanism, metal base and wheels are covered for 1 year for stability and long-term use.

Metal frame
Visitor & training chairs
The metal frame of visitor and training chairs is covered for 1 year.
Not covered: Physical damage, Corrosion, Fabric, Fibre parts, Imported models.

Our Mehsana team confirms whether the part is covered and arranges an inspection.

Repair or replacement
The covered part is repaired or replaced, and the chair is returned to you ready to use.
Warranty questions
What warranty do your chairs have?
Revolving chairs carry a 2-year warranty on the chair lift cylinder and 1 year on the mechanism, metal base and wheels. Mesh chairs also get a 3-year warranty on the PU moulded seat. Physical damage, corrosion, fabric, fibre parts and imported models are not covered. Claims are handled directly by our Mehsana store.
