Match your main chair
The 805 Visitor Chair matches the 805 mesh office chair, so a cabin or workstation looks planned rather than mixed.
Cantilever or four-leg
Cantilever frames have a gentle flex that feels comfortable and are easy to clean under. Four-leg frames like the Prisma are more compact and stack.
Plan for cleaning
For clinics and waiting rooms, the Prisma’s polypropylene back can be wiped with disinfectant.
How many you need
Two visitor chairs suit most cabins up to about 10 × 10 feet. Waiting areas usually need one chair per expected visitor at peak time.

Visitor Chairs – questions
Are visitor chairs revolving?
No, visitor chairs have a fixed frame without castors or a gas lift, so they stay where you place them. We stock them because customers furnishing a cabin usually need both revolving chairs and matching visitor chairs.
Can the Prisma visitor chairs be stacked?
Yes. The Prisma Visitor Chair is stackable, so you can store extra chairs in a corner and bring them out when the waiting area is busy.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
The main price on each chair is shown excluding GST, and the price including 18% GST is listed right next to it, with a full breakdown on every product page. You always get a GST invoice.
How do I place an order?
Tap the WhatsApp button on any product page — the chair name and price are filled in for you. Send your delivery address, and we’ll confirm stock, delivery time and payment. You can also call us or visit the Mehsana showroom.
Do chairs come assembled?
Yes. Every chair is assembled and checked at our Mehsana store before delivery, so there are no boxes or tools to deal with. Our team takes the packaging back with them.
What warranty do your chairs have?
Revolving chairs carry a 2-year warranty on the chair lift cylinder and 1 year on the mechanism, metal base and wheels. Mesh chairs also get a 3-year warranty on the PU moulded seat. Physical damage, corrosion, fabric, fibre parts and imported models are not covered. Claims are handled directly by our Mehsana store.
